2 garlic cloves minced
1/2 cup pineapple or orange juice
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tsp. hot sauce (to taste)
1 1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
pineapple rings for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all marinade ingredients in a plastic bag.
Add the chicken breasts and marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Prepare an outside grill or heat oven to 350 º F. Grill chicken for 3 - 4 minutes on each side until the chicken is cooked through.
Grill pineapple rings on grill. Top the chicken with the pineapple rings to serve. calories 156,
