YOGURT DRESSING
1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt, drained for at least 2 hours
1 Tbsp. lightly toasted sesame seeds
1/4 cup chopped whole pitted dates


FRUIT
2 cups seedless red grapes, sliced into halves
2 cups seeded sectioned orange slices (about 6 oranges)
2 cups peeled sliced peaches or plums

*Before beginning, drain the yogurt for at least 2 hours.

In a bowl, combine the yogurt, sesames seeds and dates.
Gently stir in the prepared grapes, oranges, and peaches or plums.
