2 pound skinless chicken pieces
1/2 cup lower fat plain yogurt
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
chopped fresh parsley

Preheat oven to 350 º F. Lightly grease an oven proof baking dish.
Place chicken in a single layer in the baking dish.
Combine yogurt, onions, mustard, and seasoning.
Spoon over each piece of chicken.
Bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and brown under broiler.
Serve garnished with parsley.
