1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup whole milk
3 large eggs
1/2 cup roast beef drippings or melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and salt in bowl. Add beaten eggs and milk slowly into flour mixture. Beat until smooth.

Cover and refrigerate.
Pre-heat oven to 450º.

Add drippings in 9 X 13 pan. Heat in oven for 10 minutes. Reduce to 350º.

Quickly pour cold batter into hot pan and bake until pudding puffs and golden brown. About 20 minutes.

Serve quickly.
