6 large potatoes (pared and sliced)
2 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Parboil potatoes in salted water (use 1 tsp. salt) for 5 minutes.
Combine soup, milk, onion, and remaining tsp salt.
In greased casserole dish, layer sliced potatoes alternating with soup and cheese, ending in cheese.
Bake at 350º for an hour, or until brown.
