washed beans
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 or 2 split cloves of garlic
large hand of dill
2 cups of cider vinegar
2 cups of water
tbsp. of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Pack washed beans upright in clean jars. To each pint add red pepper, garlic and dill.
Bring to boil a (1/2 and 1/2 solution) cider vinegar and water. (or use dill solution you make from the package). Add tbsp. of salt per cup of liquid. Pour hot solution into jars to very near top. seal at once.

Good after 2 weeks. If like crisp ass alum to each jar.
