6 qts thin sliced cucumbers
6 sliced onions
1 cup canning salt
1 cup ice cubes
1 1/2 qts. vinegar-cider = 6 cups
6 cups sugar
1 tbsp. turmeric
1 tbsp. allspice
1 tbsp. celery seed
1/2 cup mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Soak over night cucumbers and onions in salt with ice cubes.
Drain in morning then add rest of ingredients. Cook for 1 to 2 hours until done. Then put in hot jars and seal.
