1 3.4 oz box instant pistachio pudding
1 6 oz can pineapple chunks
2 cups mini marshmallows
1/4 cup chopped pistachios
1 8 oz container cool whip
Directions:
Directions:
Put everything in a bowl (including juice from pineapple) and stir well. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.

This has become a family tradition in our family Ledia enjoys making it for special occasions. I'm sure this recipe has a more appropriate name, however, when you have sisters like Jodi Sorensen-Austen, then you must call it Martian Poop.
