1 pkg Corn Meal
1 lbs ground Beef
1 envelope Taco Seasoning
1 can Tomato Sauce
1 can Corn, do not drain
2 cup Water
2 tsp soft Butter
Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and drain. Add seasonings. Mix tomato sauce and corn, including liquid and 1 cup of the water. Simmer 10 min. Pour into 8” round or square pan. Sprinkle corn meal (1 ¼ cup) evenly over meat mixture. Very slow pour the other 1 cup of water over corn meal. Bake @ 400° for 25 min. Spread with butter. .
