6 bell peppers (enough to fit in your crockpot)
1 lb lean ground beef
1 cup cooked rice
1 can fire-roasted or Italian-flavored tomatoes (or add 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning to plain)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp ketchup
1 tsp black pepper
1/3 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, mix the ground beef, rice, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and black pepper. Wash and clean out the peppers, saving the tops. Stuff each pepper with a good amount of the ground beef and rice mixture. Nestle the peppers into your crockpot and put the little pepper tops back on. Add the water and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

These peppers had amazing roasted flavor and the meat was cooked nicely with no hint of grease.
