1 livre de poisson a chair blanche (perchaude morue ou autre)
2 grosses patates pelées et râpées
2 carottes pelées et râpées
1 c. à soupe de jus de citron
3 œufs
4 c. à soupe de farine
Sel et poivre

Directions:
Directions:
Cuire le poisson au court bouillon (recette dans le livre)
Égoutter
Dans un bol émietter le poisson à la fourchette
Ajouter tous les autres ingrédients
Bien mélanger
Verser dans un moule a pain graissé
Cuire a 350 degré pendant 30 minutes
Servir avec une sauce a l’estragon (recette dans le livre)
