onion, chopped
bell pepper, chopped
1 can rotel
2 cans chili
1 lb. velveeta cheese
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with onion and bell pepper. Add all other ingredients. Simmer until cheese is melted. Serve with chips.
