Ingredients:  
2 sticks butter
1 cup sugar
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 cups flour, sifted
2 egg whites
chopped nuts
strawberry jam

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks. Add flour. Form into balls the size of hickory nuts. Dip into egg whites and roll in nuts. Put onto greased cookie sheet, then press the center with thumb. Bake at 350º for 8 minutes. Take from oven, press again, and fill center with strawberry jam. Bake for 8 additional minutes.
