1 box (18.25 ounce) German chocolate cake mix - Betty Crocker
1/3 cup cola - Coca-Cola
1/4 cup butter -- melted
1/2 cup pecan pieces - Planter's
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips - Nestle
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons coconut pecan frosting - Betty Crocker -- divided use

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray two baking sheets with cooking spray and set aside.
Beat cake mix, cola, butter, and egg in a large bowl with electric mixer on low speed for 1 minute.
Stir in pecans and chocolate chips.
Drop two tablespoons of cookie dough onto prepared baking sheets, evenly spaced.
Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 14 minutes, rotating sheet pans half way through.
Remove and allow to cool completely.
Spread one tablespoon pecan/coconut frosting between two cookie bottoms to make ten cookie sandwiches.
