1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
2 Tbsp + 1/2 Cup Butter
2 tsp Cornstarch
1/2 tsp + 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 Cup Vanilla Ice Cream, softened
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Cup Flour
1 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs (16 squares)
2/3 Cup Sugar
2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
Whipping Cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter 9x13" baking dish.
Praline Sauce: In heavy saucepan, stir together brown sugar, sour cream, 2 Tbsp butter and cornstarch; cook over medium heat to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in 1/2 tsp vanilla; set aside. Divide into 2 portions.
Ice Cream Cake: Melt 1/2 cup butter. In mixing bowl add together melted butter and softened vanilla ice cream; add 1 egg, blend in well; add one more egg, blend in well; stir in 1/2 tsp vanilla.
Mix together flour, graham cracker crumbs, sugar, baking powder and salt; gradually add ice cream mixtures until well combined.
Pour into prepared baking dish. Drizzle with one portion praline sauce. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Remove from oven; let cool a bit.
Mix together last portion praline sauce with pecans; drizzle over warm cake. Cool completely. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
