2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups flour
2 T butter
1 T olive oil
3 garlic cloves, pressed
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 sprig thyme
1 cup sweet Marsala wine
1/4 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet. Add fresh thyme to heat. Add cloves and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until mushrooms begin to brown.

Pound out chicken to flatten. Dredge in flour. Heat olive oil in a separate skillet. Add chicken and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Add Marsala wine and begin to reduce. Add mushrooms, garlic and thyme to chicken. Pour cream in skillet and heat until thickened.
