6 tablespoons white wine vinegar
3 tablespoons pepper jelly
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon minced shallot
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk until combined and spoon over salad, as desired. Store extra vinaigrette in a small glass jar and refrigerate. Shake well before using.
