1 lb. ground meat
1 box Spanish rice
1 can tomatoes
0.5 bag of shredded cheese (your preference; I choose the Mexican blend.)
1 can pinto beans

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with your normal spice blend, adding onions and bell peppers if on hand.
Fix Spanish rice according to the box instructions.
Combine browned meat, Spanish rice, tomatoes, and pinto beans in a casserole dish. Put in oven at 400º to warn through, approximately 20 minutes. For the last 5 minutes, put the shredded cheese on top to melt.

Eat with tortilla chips.
