2 cans garbanzo beans , drained
1/2 cup tahini (sesame paste)
1 tb cumin
1 t cayenne pepper
1 t minced garlic
Juice of lemon
Add to food processor and make into paste
While machine is running, add good olive oil to get smooth
Salt to taste
Sometimes I add a bit of water to make it creamier
