1 1/2 lbs. large fresh shrimp (16-24)
1/3 c. butter
4 Tbsp. minced garlic
6 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 c. dry white wine
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 yellow bell pepper
1 c. sliced mushrooms
salt and pepper to taste

Rinse shrimp, remove tails, and set aside. Saute bell pepper and mushrooms in olive oil and set aside. Heat butter in large skillet over medium heat. Cook garlic 1-2 minutes until softened but not browned. Add shrimp, green onions, peppers, mushrooms, wine, and lemon juice. Cook until shrimp are pink and firm, about 1-2 minutes per side. Do not overcook. Prepare angel air pasta by package directions. Serve shrimp scampi over pasta. Top with chopped parsley, salt, and pepper to taste.
