2 c. sliced peaches
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the sugars, flour, butter, lemon juice, and water put all of these into a saucepan. Cook until thick.

Make a tea biscuit recipe using 2 c. flour. Roll into a rectangle 1/4" thick. Cover with peaches. Roll up like a jelly roll. Cut into 2" slices. Place in greased baking pan (8" or 7 by 11")
Pour sauce overtop
Bake until biscuit dough is cooked

Bake at 425ºF for 30 minutes.
