1 pkg cream cheese (8 oz)
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 1/3 c. juice (i.e. orange, grape, pink lemonade, etc.)
1 c. fresh or frozen fruit
1 tub cool whip

Basic crust:
1 1/4 c. graham wafers or chocolate wafers
1/4 c. melted butter

Directions:
Beat the package of cream cheese with sugar. Whisk juice with crushed fruit. Add the cool whip. Mix in cheese mixture, freeze until firm and serve as is in a pretty bowl or pour onto a prepared cheese cake crust.

Let stand in fridge for 15 minutes before serving.
