1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. flour (try 1/2 c. whole wheat for 1/2 c. all purpose)
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and add sugars. Add egg and beat well. Add peanut butter and vanilla. Sift flour, salt, and baking soda into butter mixture. Drop from a spoon onto greased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly with fork. Top with 1/2 peanut.

Bake at 350º F for 10 min. or until lightly browned.
