1 Lg onion, diced
1 head of garlic, diced
6 Jars Sauce
3 Boxes Oven Ready Lasagna Noodles
3 packs of Frozen Spinach, well drained, or equivalent fresh
2 Lg Cottage Cheese
1 Med Ricotta Cheese
2 1/2 Lg (600 gr) Bricks Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
3 lb. Ground Beef (optional)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º
Saute onion and garlic until translucent, add ground beef. Cook till juices are running clear. Drain. Add the jars of sauce and simmer. Oil a large (12" x 15" x 5") pan. Spread a small amount of sauce, add a layer of noodles. Generously spread some sauce on top of noodles, layer with spinach, cottage and ricotta cheeses. Add another layer of noodles, top with sauce, spinach and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers, always being generous with the sauce. Top with a layer of noodles, sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 325º, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours, or until golden brown and bubbling. Let set for 10-20 minutes before cutting.
