1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. milk
2 small onions
1 1/2 tsp. salt

1 c. ketchup
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
4 T. brown sugar
1 chopped onion
Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef, oatmeal, milk, onions and salt. Form into balls and roll in flour and brown in skillet. Combine ketchup, vinegar, water, brown sugar and chopped onion. Put meatballs in casserole dish and top with mixture. Bake at 350º for 1 hr.
