1 box cooked, chopped frozen broccoli
2 c. cooked rice
1 (8oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. celery
1/4 c. onion
1/4 c. water
3 Tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in butter. Add broccoli, rice, milk, water, cream of chicken soup and 1/3 cup of the cheese. Mix well. Pour into casserole and top with rest of the Cheez Whiz. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.

Variation: One can of cream of mushroom soup may be added.
