3-4 lbs. round steak, trimmed and cut into palm-size pieces
2 cans Golden Mushroom soup
1 large onion, chopped
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 C. water
1 tsp. coarsely ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.

Lay pieces of raw round steak in a lidded roasting pan. I use my blue speckled one. In a large bowl, combine the other ingredients, stirring to mix well. Pour over meat. Cover and bake for 2 hours.
