1 1/2 C. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 T. butter, softened
1 C. sugar
1 egg

Buttercream Frosting:
1/2 C. butter, softened
4 3/4 C. powdered sugar
3 T. hot water
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

3 C. finely chopped, dry-roasted, skinless peanuts
3/4 C. finely crushed graham crackers
This mixture will be used to roll bars in after they're glazed.

Preheat oven to 325º.

Beat eggs well, add sugar and water, beating until well mixed. Add vanilla and salt. Add flour and baking powder and beat until mixture forms bubbles. Bake in greased and floured 13 X 9 pan for 20 minutes or until cake springs back in center. Turn out and cool on wire rack. When cooled, cut into 24 bars and frost with powder sugar glaze or Buttercream Frosting. Roll in peanuts/graham cracker mix. and set on wire rack to set.
