Pastry for Two-Crust Pie
3 Eggs
3 T. Milk
2 c. Sugar
1/4 c. Flour
4 c. Rhubarb, cut into bite-size pieces
1 T. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and add milk. Combine sugar and flour, and mix well with rhubarb. Pour into pastry-lined 9-inch pie pan. Dot with butter. Add top crust.

Bake at 400º for 50 to 60 minutes.

Mom used a recipe from the Betty Crocker Cookbook but omitted the nutmeg. Her pie crusts were the best, and we absolutely loved this pie.
