2 Cups Flour
1 Tbsp. Ground Ginger
1 tsp. Cinnamon
¼ tsp Ground Cloves
2 tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Salt
¾ Cup Butter or Margarine
1 Cup Sugar
1 Egg
¼ Cup Molasses

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients in a flour sifter or a bowl. In a mixing bowl, mix butter with sugar until fluffy, add egg and molasses. Sift the dry ingredients over creamed mixture a small amount at a time. Blend well. Roll teaspoonfuls into small balls and roll in granulated sugar. Place on cookie sheet and press down with a fork.

Bake 12 - 15 minutes
