2 1/2 C. sifted flour (original recipe called for Swan's Down Flour)
2 tsp. Calumet baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 C. sugar
1 C. shortening
1/2 C. milk
3/4 tsp. orange extract
3/4 tsp. almond extract
3 eggs and 1 egg yolk

Preheat oven to 375º.

Combine ingredients, mixing well. Grease and flour a tube pan. Bake for 1 hour.
