4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 tsp. salt
flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
butter
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. wine
1/4 c. milk
1 chicken bouillon
2 c. sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken to 1/8 inch thickness. Coat with flour, S & P mixture. Fry in butter. Place cheese between 2 chicken breasts and toothpick. Place in warm oven.

To fry pan add more butter & fry mushrooms. Add a bit of flour, water, wine, milk and bouillon and simmer until thickens. Serve sauce over chicken or separate.

Usually I double the sauce.
