2 1/4 cp Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 cp Butter or Margarine, Softened
1/4 cp Sugar
3/4 cp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 pkg.Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
2 Eggs
1 pkg (12 oz) Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1 cp Chopped Walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and baking soda; set aside. Combine butter, sugars, vanilla and pudding mix in large mixer bowl; beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs; gradually add flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts (batter will be stiff). Drop by heaping teaspoons, about 2 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375º for 9 minutes or until browned.
