2 cups flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs, separated
1/4 cup melted butter
1 1/4 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients together in large mixing bowl. Stir in beaten egg yolks, butter, milk and vanilla. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold into flour mixture. Fill hot waffle iron with the batter and bake until browned. Serve with syrup or sliced strawberries and whipped cream.
