8 oz cream cheese (I use the spread)
12 slices of bread
1 pkg bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Spread cream cheese onto bread. Cut off crusts from bread. Cut bread into 3 pieces. Cut slice of bacon into thirds (about 3 inch pieces). Roll the bread and then wrap with bacon. Secure with a toothpick. Broil until the bacon is crisp (about 10 minutes).

To mix things up, I use the garden vegetable cream cheese or add garlic powder to plain cream cheese.
