4 à 5 pommes pelées et coupées

1/2 t. de farine

3/4 t. de sucre blanc

1 c. à thé de poudre à pâte

1 pincée de sel

1 c. à thé vanille

1 œuf

Mélanger le tout et mettre dans une assiette à tarte profonde.
Mélanger 1/2 tasse de sucre avec un peu de cannelle et saupoudré sur le mélange
(C'est une tarte sans croûte).

Cuire à 350°F 35 minutes
