2 tasses lait
3/4 tasse sucre
1/2 tasse de mélange tout usage (bisquick ou autre)
4 œufs
1/4 tasse beurre ou margarine
1 c. à thé vanille
1 1/3 tasse de flocons de noix de coco

Directions:
Directions:
Placer lait, sucre, mélange tout usage, et la vanille dans un mélangeur, mettre le couvercle et mélanger à petite vitesse pendant 3 minutes.
Verser dans une assiette à tarte graissée, saupoudrer le dessus avec la noix de coco.
Cuire à 350°F. Environ 40 minutes ou jusqu'à ce que le milieu soit prit et le dessus doré.
Servir chaud ou froid. Garder le reste au réfrigérateur.
