1 lb bœuf haché
1/2 t. chapelure de pain
1/4 c. à t. origan
1/2 c. à t. sel
1/2 c. à t. poivre
1/4 c. à. t. d'ail hachée
1/4 t. d'eau
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Combiner tous les ingrédients, bien mélanger et former des boulettes.
Placer les boulettes sur une tôle à biscuits ou une casserole peu profonde.
Cuire au four à 350°F. Jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient brunes.
Retirer du four, les mettre dans une sauce et mijoter sur le poêle.
