Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This meringue was a staple on Mom's lemon pie. It was taken to many potluck dinners, and no sooner was the pie placed on the table, and it was gone! Many community friends gathered at these potlucks. Following is a Friendship Prayer.

Friendship Prayer

Bless my friends, for they are gold. The riches of my heart and soul.
May I be worthy of such a treasure. And ever thankful for this pleasure.
