Rouladen (as many as you need for your meal)
Diced onion
Mustard
Bacon
Salt & Pepper
Beef broth

Lay rouladen out on a clean counter. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Add as much mustard, bacon and onion as you like. Roll up and toothpick. Place in crockpot with 1 - 2 cups of beef broth.
