Whole Tenderloin (2 3/4 - 3 1/4 lbs)
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Salt or Garlic Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to highest temperature (typically 500). Take a full tenderloin & remove silver skin. Sprinkle all over with salt, pepper & garlic salt or garlic pepper.

Lay in shallow cake pan. Cook meat for approximately 5 minutes for each pound of meat. (3lbs should cook 15 mins). SHUT OVEN OFF AND LEAVE OVEN DOOR CLOSED for approximately 1 hour & 30 minutes longer (time should total 1hour and 45 minutes from start to finish). Remove, slice and serve.

NOTE: You may want to turn on oven and set at 350 for approximately 5 minutes before you open oven door and remove meat.
