2 c. Concord Grape Juice

2/3 c. Sugar
4 T. Cornstarch
3 T. Grape Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, cornstarch, and grape juice until smooth.

Heat grape juice just to boiling.

Stir in cornstarch mixture and boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly with a whisk.

Pour into bowl or dessert dishes to cool.

Grandma would also make this with tapioca and serve it to the grandkids with whipped cream if we were lucky. We called the tapioca pudding "fish eggs." This recipe could be made with any fruit juice, as long as it's 100% juice.
