1 box chicken stock
1//2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
(corn, green beans, carrots)
1 cup cooked left over roast beef - for Vegetable beef
1 cup cooked left over chicken - for chicken
1 can of chopped tomatoes
1 cup cooked pasta

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a large Dutch oven.
Cook for at least 45 minutes or until the veggies are cooked soft
Depending on the number of servings you need, add more chicken broth.
Season with salt, dash of pepper and a dash of hot sauce.

Homemade soup is an excellent dish to add with grilled cheese sandwiches on a cold winter's night. If chicken is your preference, use the same instructions, but omit the tomatoes. In chicken soup, add a dash of poultry seasoning.
