1 to 1 1/2 lb Stew Meat
4 to 5 Potatoes peeled and quartered
4 Carrots, peeled and chunked
1 large Onion, quartered
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 envelope Dry Onion Soup Mix
Directions:
Directions:
Place meat in bottom of Crock-Pot. Add vegetables, then canned soup and last, dry soup mix. Pour a soup can of water over all. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook on high 5-6 hours.
