Ingredients:  
1/2 C butter
1 1/2 C chopped onion
1/4 C flour
salt and pepper
2 C chicken broth, heated
1 T brandy
1 T cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, cook butter and onion for 12 minutes on low.
Whisk in flour, then 1 t salt and 1/2 t pepper. Cook 2 minutes, stirring.
Add broth and brandy. Cook, uncovered, for 4-5 minutes. Stir in cream.
Can be stored for 4 days in fridge.
