2 T soy sauce
12 oz. heavy cream
6 oz. bittersweet chocolate

Chop up chocolate. Heat cream. Pour cream over chocolate and let sit for a minute. Whisk until smooth. Whisk in soy sauce.

Pour over chocolate bundt cake.
