1 Loaf Italian bread
3 oz. cream cheese
1/8 pound sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 pound butter
2 egg whites, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Remove all crusts, cut into cubes. Melt cheese and butter and fold into stiffly beaten egg whites. Dip bread cubes into cheese mixture and mix until well coated. Put onto cookie sheet and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
