1 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
2 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. lukewarm water
5 c. flour, approximately
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast in lukewarm water. Scald milk over low heat (until bubbles form on edges). Put sugar, salt, and butter in large bowl. Pour hot milk over and stir until butter is melted. Let cool. Add yeast. Mix in 2 c. flour. Add eggs and beat well. Add enough flour to make dough stiff enough to handle. Knead dough, continuing to add flour for 10 minutes. Form in ball and place in greased bowl. Cover and let rise until doubled. Punch down and shape into 2 loaves or 32 rolls. Let rise until doubled. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes. Grease top with butter after taking out of oven.
