1 lb. shrimp, peeled uncooked
1 small onion, chopped finely
1/4 c. butter
6 oz. mushrooms
1 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. Cajun seasoning (Tony's)
1 c. sour cream
Cooked rice or noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Saute shrimp and onion in butter on low heat for 10 minutes or until shrimp are tender. Add mushrooms, cook 5 minutes. Sprinkle in flour and Cajun seasoning, blend well. Stir in sour cream. Cook gently for 10 minutes, do not allow to boil. Serve over noodles.

**If shrimp is pre-cooked, put in with sour cream during last 10 minutes.
