3 tbs.coconut oil
1/2 tbs. paprika
1/2 tbs. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Sea Salt and black pepper to taste
Sweet potatoes cut like French Fries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 400. Melt the coconut oil. In mixing bowl add the melted oil and all the spices. Stir. Toss the potatoes with the oil mixture until well coated. Line a cookie sheet with tin foil and evenly spread the potato spears. Do not crowd. Bake for 45 minutes turning halfway through the cooking process. Increase the cooking time if you want a crispier yummy potato.
